Statement of Artistic Practice

I am a collaborative artist and facilitator whose practice is rooted in healthcare, community, and participatory settings. Working primarily with video, sound, writing, and socially engaged methods, my work explores themes of care, identity, memory, and lived experience. I am committed to using creativity as a tool for connection and wellbeing, and to supporting inclusive, ethical approaches to arts practice. With a strong focus on arts and health, I aim to contribute to a culture of care within the creative sector—one that recognises the importance of mental health, dignity, and equity for both artists and participants.
